Please find the sensor interfacing notes attached. This sensor interfacing will not cover in the Final Exam though - just for your references.

Please find the details of final exam as follows:

Date: 20 February 2021 (Saturday)
Time: 9.00 am
Duration: 2 Hours and 30 minutes
Platform: Webex

You are required to join the Webex meeting 30 minutes early, to setup and prepare for the examination.

Things to do before the exam day:
  1. Fill in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 forms (as attached) and upload them to e-learning.
  2. Rename your Webex to <Your name> <Matric No>
  3. Make sure the webcam/laptop camera/handphone camera is working. 

Things to do on the exam day:
  1. Join Webex meeting 30 minutes early.
  2. Sign Exam's attendance and Plagiarism and Academic Dishonesty Statement (given in the Webex meeting)
  3. Turn ON your camera. Readjust/relocate the camera so that your image is clearly visible. Do not use  
  4. Make sure the webcam/laptop camera/handphone camera is working. DO NOT use any virtual background. You can use blur instead or set in None.
  5. Download the exam question. From e-learning platform.
  6. Password will be given 15-10 minutes before exam starts (subject to conditions 1 - 4 are meet)

Things to do to upload answer sheets:
  1. Make sure to write your name, question numbers, and pages on the answer sheets.
  2. Take photo (make sure the photo is clean and clear - no blurry image) of your answer sheets and make it as 1 PDF file - use camscanner or any other PDF scanner apps.
  3. Rename the PDF to <Your name> <SKEE3223> (to avoid you from wrongly upload the PDF)
  4. Link to upload the answer sheets (PDF) will be given in the Webex meeting. 10mins will be given to finish this task. You will be penalized for every minute(s) you late. Make it super quick. Make sure you have a Gmail account and PDF scanner ready.
p/s: No plagiarism nor copy-paste your friend’s answers. If caught cheated both parties will be penalized.
** Calculator, Instruction sets summaries are ALLOWED..

Please find the details of 20202021-1 Final Exam as following;

Date: 20 February 2021 (Saturday)
Time: 9.00 am
Duration: 2 Hours and 30 minutes
Platform: Online

Format:
Three sections:    PART A (10 marks)
                        PART B (50 marks) - Answer 2 Questions
                        PART C (40 marks) - Answer 2 Questions

Hints:
PART A:      Theoretical and calculations question.
PART B:      Assembly Language: Simple programming and analysis.
                Addressing mode (direct, indirect, register, etc)
                All AVR instructions learned in class. Print out instruction set summaries.
                Subroutine and stack pointer programming.
                Assembly programming based on given flow chart/problem statement/arithmetic equations.
                SREG flags affected after executed certain instructions.
                Shift and rotate instructions.
PART C:      C programming. Input/output (IO) programming (LED, 7-segments, switches, circuit drawing, etc) 
                Interrupt programming. (External hardware/ timer interrupt)
                Timer calculations and timer programming (CTC and normal mode).
                ADC - ADC Programming.
